By connecting communities we appreciate our similarities, celebrate our differences and recognise all stories from the personal journeys travelled along our suburban roads from central Perth down and along the northern corridor.
We run programs, co-ordinate projects and operate services within the community that assist people with employment, planning for the future, and connecting to their community in positive ways.
